Terms of Service

1. Scope & who we are

These terms govern your purchase and use of a Saju reading at sajusaju.co.kr/en. The service is operated by 셀리스 (Celis), business registration 278-06-03714, e-commerce registration 2026-와부조안-0097, 경기도 남양주시 와부읍 수레로116번길 16, 4층 402-163A(IVY Spa), South Korea.

Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice, and they do not predict future events.

2. No account required

You buy as a guest — there is no account to create and no password to manage. Your reading lives at a private, unguessable link sent to the email address you provide. Anyone with that link can read it, so treat it as private. If you lose it, contact us and we will resend it to the original email address.

3. What you receive

One written reading of roughly 900–1,400 words across eight sections, generated from the birth data you enter. It is normally ready within a few minutes. We keep the link available so you can return to it; if we ever need to retire it, we will tell you first.

4. Orders & payment

A reading costs $9.00 as a single one-time payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no stored card.

Payment is processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. They are the seller of record for the transaction and handle the charge, any applicable sales tax or VAT, and your receipt — which is why their name, not ours, appears on your statement.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because a reading is digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins — but only where you have expressly asked us to start and have acknowledged that you thereby lose the right to withdraw.

We ask for that consent at checkout, before payment — you have to tick it to place the order, and we repeat it in the email that carries your reading so you have it on a durable medium. If you did not give it, your withdrawal right is unaffected and you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

6. Your responsibilities

• Enter your birth details accurately. The chart is computed from what you submit and cannot be recalculated afterwards for a different birth time or place.
• One order produces one reading for one person.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or scrape readings, and do not use automated means to access the service.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

7. Intellectual property

Our calculation engine, interpretation method, templates, and site content remain ours. Your reading is yours to keep, quote, and share personally — a personal, non-commercial licence. Commercial reuse requires our written permission.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Readings describe patterns, not certainties. Decisions you make after reading one are yours. We do not warrant any particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a reading is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, or our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster that way than through a chargeback.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order; changes are not retroactive.
