Refund Policy

1. What "delivered" means

Your reading is considered delivered once it has been generated and is accessible at your personal reading link. If your payment succeeded but your reading failed to generate, we automatically attempt to refund the charge; if you don't see it reversed within a few business days, contact us (see below).

2. Refund window — reading not delivered

If your reading was never delivered, you're entitled to a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your purchase date.

3. After delivery — quality guarantee

Because a Saju reading is a personalized digital product generated at the moment of purchase, we don't offer refunds after delivery for a change of mind. We do offer a refund or a regenerated reading, at our discretion, if delivery genuinely failed in quality — for example:

• Your reading is missing content, garbled, or otherwise unreadable.
• Your reading was computed from the wrong birth details due to an error on our end.
• A technical defect prevents you from viewing your reading at its link.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a description of the issue.

4. How to request a refund

Email us with the address you used to order and, if you have it, your order confirmation:

5. Processing time

We process approved refunds within a few business days. Depending on your bank, card network, or PayPal, it may take longer for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Entertainment purposes

Saju readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only, not as professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.
