Who we are
Saju by sajusaju is operated by 셀리스 (Celis), a company registered in South Korea. This policy explains what information we collect when you order a Saju reading at sajusaju.co.kr/en, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Email address — to deliver your reading and send you its access link.
- Reading information — your chosen name, birth date, birth time or time-unknown choice, birth city and time zone, and the traditional calculation's sex selection. We also receive any focus topics or question you provide, including the question and generated answer for an included written reply. A compatibility order includes information about both people. Submitted birth details are encrypted in our order records; the service-provider processing below still applies.
- Payment information — processed by the provider identified at checkout, which may act as merchant of record. We do not collect your full card number in our reading form. We retain order and payment identifiers, the product, amount, currency, payment status, and billing country when supplied, for order records, support, and refunds.

How we use it
- Generating your Saju reading and making it available at your personal reading link.
- Processing your payment, confirming your order, and handling refund requests.
- Customer support — responding to questions about your order or reading.
- With your consent, understanding how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We use reading information to calculate, generate, deliver, and support your reading, including investigating errors or refund requests. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in a question.
Service providers that receive information
- External AI providers — to write your reading or included reply, we send the name you want us to use, any focus topics or question, and computed chart information to an external AI service. For a follow-up reply, this also includes your earlier reading and submitted question. Compatibility readings also include the relationship type and chart information for both people. This information is not anonymous merely because it is calculated from a birth chart.
- Resend, our email delivery provider — receives your email address and the message we send, including your chosen name when included and your private reading link. Anyone with that link may be able to open your reading, so keep it private.
- Payment providers — receive your checkout email, order reference, and product information from us, plus payment and billing details you submit at checkout. The provider's own privacy notice also applies to its payment, fraud-prevention, and legal record keeping.
- Analytics providers — Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics are used for site measurement as described below. Necessary hosting and delivery services also process requests to operate the site.
How long we keep it
Retention depends on the information and its purpose: keeping your reading accessible, responding to support requests, resolving payment disputes, and retaining legally required transaction records. These purposes do not automatically require us to keep all birth details or the full reading for the same period. You can request deletion using the contact below; we will explain any records that must be retained and why. Deleting information from our service does not remove copies you or someone else has already downloaded.
Why we are allowed to use it (EU/UK legal bases)
- Performance of a contract — your birth details needed for the calculation, email, and the reading itself, to provide and support what you bought. Optional questions are not required to order.
- Consent — analytics cookies. You can withdraw your consent using the steps below.
- Legal obligation — transaction records we must keep for tax and accounting.
- Legitimate interests — preventing fraudulent orders and abuse of the service.
Where your data is processed
We operate from South Korea. External service providers may process information in other countries; we do not promise that every copy is stored or processed only in Korea.
The European Commission adopted an adequacy decision for South Korea in December 2021. The UK has its own separate adequacy decision from 2022. Each applies within its scope; neither automatically covers onward transfers to providers in other countries. See the European Commission's adequacy information and the UK's South Korea decision.
For information about the providers, processing locations, and transfer safeguards applicable to your order, contact us using the details below. If a particular processing location is important to you, please ask before submitting your reading information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, at any time. To make a request, email support@celis.co.kr from the address you used to order. We need to verify that you are entitled to access or change the information before sending it or changing its delivery address. If you have lost access to that email, contact us for help with verification; matching a birth date alone is not enough.
